Julie Larsen Wyss, Real Estate Broker and Founder of Vista Mortgage Solutions, is a trained Mortgage Broker and Real Estate specialist. With over seventeen years of experience in business, she is well known for highintegrity and attention to detail in all aspects of her work.

In 1994 Julie began her business career by opening a small fitness center in the heart of Los Gatos. The fully equipped fitness center included trained fitness professional who guide clients through exercise programs designed specifically to meet their personal fitness and nutrition goals. Julie managed between ten and fifteen certified personal trainers and exercise physiologists who provided over one hundred personal training sessions per week to clients. As sole proprietor, Julie was responsible for all sales and marketing strategies and ultimately negotiated the sale of the business for a profit in a declining market. The business Julie founded continues to thrive today under new ownership.

After the sale of her business, Julie gave birth to her third child, obtained her Real Estate license and began her career in mortgage/lending industry. She worked for two successful mortgage companies and quickly focused her business to the public safety sector. In the span of six years, Julie has provided mortgage and real estate services to hundreds of law enforcement professionals.

With deep roots to the Tahoe/Truckee area, Julie decided to combine her knowledge and experience of the real estate/ mortgage industry with the personal and professional relationships she developed as a part time resident in Truckee. This unique combination was the motivation for developing Vista Mortgage Solutions.
